The Xerafy PICO On is a compact UHF RFID tag designed for small asset management, providing reliable performance and durability. The reference for tool tracking, the PICO On is a rugged RFID tag designed to be mounted on tools and equipment, exceeding competitive read range performance thanks to our patented printed antenna technology.
This high-temperature UHF RAIN RFID tag offers a read range of up to 3 meters with fixed readers and up to 2 meters with handheld readers. It can withstand peak temperatures of up to 200°C and operational temperatures from -40°C to +85°C, enduring harsh conditions and environments. The PICO On is IP68 rated, making it waterproof and highly resistant to shock and vibration.
Key features include EPC global Class 1 Gen 2 protocol, 902-928 MHz (US) and 865-868 MHz (EU) frequency options, Alien Higgs 9 chip, 96 bits EPC, 48 bits TID, and 688 bits user memory. The tag's linear polarization and radiation pattern on metal ensure optimal performance. The ceramic tag is ideally suited to harsh environments where its exceptional durability matches the life of assets in the field.
The tag is made from durable ceramic material, measuring 12.80 x 7.08 x 3.08 mm and weighing just 1.40 g. It is ideal for applications such as hand tools in manufacturing, aerospace, railways, nuclear, military, oil and gas, weapon management, oilfield equipment, and data centers.
