This high-temperature UHF RAIN RFID tag offers a read range of up to 4 meters on metal with fixed readers and up to 5 meters off metal. It can withstand operational temperatures from -40°C to +85°C and survival temperatures up to 150°C. The MICRO Medical is IP69K rated, making it waterproof and highly resistant to high-pressure washing, steam and various sterilization cycles.
Key features include EPC global Class 1 Gen 2 protocol, a global frequency range of 860-928 MHz, and an Impinj M781 chip with 128 bits EPC, 96 bits TID, and 512 bits user memory. The tag's linear polarization and radiation pattern on metal ensure optimal performance. Its medical-grade materials and stainless-steel inserts provide exceptional durability, allowing the tag to endure harsh sterilization processes and reprocessing cycles.
The tag measures 87.50 x 10 x 5.60 mm and weighs just 8.50 g. It is ideal for applications such as surgical tray management and medical device tracking. The EPC can be re-programmed, password protected, or permanently locked, while the TID is locked and unique at the point of manufacturing.
